While Rinse Hair Studio is a collective of independent artist we all follow the set of policies listed below to ensure an amazing, and consitent customer experience.
We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control... However, we do request a 48 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment. 24 hours or less will require you to pay 50% of your booked service. Any no shows will require a credit card on file to book your next appointment. This protects the independent artist of Rinse, and ensures our security as self employed stylists. Please understand these time slots are percise to your personal experience and desired end result. Running even just a few minutes late can result in being unable to complete all desired services.
Hair must be paid in full at time of order. Non refundable $100 deposit is required to book a hair extension appointment and will be used towards your extension service. You will be sent home with specific instructions on how to care for your new hair investment, and your stylist will go over every detail on how to take care of your extensions when you leave the salon.
Your stylist has the right to refuse service if you arrive sick. The health and well being of our staff and other guests is of upmost importance and is taken very seriously.
